Key Priorities
Putting People First
Fiscal Responsibility
Endi believes in a city budget that invests in people, not corporations. In the past 15 years corporations have been given around 200 million in handouts while the city budget for next year has a 11 million deficit.

-
Launch a Participatory Budgeting Pilot Program to let residents decide how public funds are spent.
-
More support for local, small businesses.
-
Community benefit agreement tied to any future subsidies.
Community Safety
Endi believes in a holistic public safety model; one that works to prevent violence and understands that we cannot criminalize people in an attempt to solve social issues.

-
Invest in violence prevention programs, especially those focused on youth.
-
Expand restorative justice initiatives to break cycles of harm and support survivors.
-
Invest in community-led safety efforts that build trust, not fear.
Community Health
Endi believes in a public health approach to community wellbeing. This means investing in housing, food, water, healthcare, and other basic needs.

-
Invest in affordable housing and a reliable, accessible DART.
-
Build a strong local food system by subsidizing local fresh food.
-
Expand mental health care access.
-
Support mobile outreach units for preventative care in underserved communities.
-
Protect clean water and air for everyone.
-
Ensure city services are language-accessible.
Community Engagement
Endi believes the city council should serve the people, not silence them.

-
Host regular community forums across all wards, especially underserved communities.
-
Build multilingual engagement with immigrant communities.
-
Empower the Youth Advisory Board with decision making power to influence policies that impact youth.
